I’ve never seen Jeopardy as it isn’t on here in Australia. I’ve saw it portrayed in a movie once & don’t understand why they have to say “What is” before their answer???
the idea is they’re giving you the answer, you have to give them the question. hence the “what is” and “who is” nonsense. as for why they go with that format? i don’t really know. style points i guess. people rarely forget to answer in the form of a question, so they aren’t catching too many poeple out on it or anything.
Do not forget that if you are playing a genuine money game,
the nick quantities that you simply lug onto the layout is likely to be deducted out of your true money account.
I wish Alex would go back to the mustache. He always looked more dapper and debonair with it.
